I have Duke + 16 in a tease and have no chance, Duke is horrendous. Did you see North last night? I answered you in general, not sure if you saw it.

I posted this regarding your question in another thread in GENERAL FORUM, I don't think you ever saw it. Definitely we can get together for beers, even stop by my place for some Patriots tomorrow.

HF, ya played football baskets & bases for North. Pretty good football program, coaching staff has changed significantly, the kid coaching currently was 1 year behind me in school. The Herald does a good job with school boy sports, North almost always is in the top programs in Massachusetts. Mansfield should be tough this year, their coach was 2 years ahead of me in hs, I heard they are playing a team for California this season.

That Friday night I went over to Bf, to see the game, evidently it was canceled because of mosquitoes (Eee). I was going to go tonight as well, but again canceled until Sunday afternoon, and I'm going to a Patriots.

I know all the Johnson s very well, I think you are probably talking about Jim, he was QB in hs and started at Lafayette 4 years. His brother Jack was also a hs QB, but suffered a Carson Palmer like injury in the '80s, he ended up going to Amherst. He coaches the varsity football team, and used to be the baseball coach. Don also coaches the varsity, he played at Holy Cross when they were decent, and that kid contended for the Heisman from Holy Cross. All of them are great people, the old man was a life long marine, just a great guy.
Both our families are life long townies, when my dad was diagnosed with cancer, sometimes I would go to chemotherapy for company, Mrs. Johnson was being treated for breast cancer at the same time, she passed few years back.

if your kid is being coached by one of the Johnson s, I would say he should enjoy the season and probably learn something even at that young age, they are quality people.
