Sunday Bases 10/01/06

Well, first day of October and last day of the regular season. Playing a couple for today to wrap things up. I would like to say it's been a good season betting bases, but, well, that would be quite the fabrication.......:nono:

TORONTO BLUE JAYS (+150) This my last chance to bet my Blue Jays. Yankees have things wrapped up for home field and can't see them using all their weapons today. Jays seem avid about finishing ahead of the Red Sox this year, and a win today will solidify that spot.

Also waiting for a line to come out on the total in the Padres game, but will playing anything under 8 or higher.

Gonna be a good day Fellas.......Some baseball, football, NASCAR, and of course, some cold ones. :drinky:

They already solidified 2nd place in the division with their win yesterday combined with a Red Sox loss. So not much rides on this one for the Jays. I do expect McGowan to throw a good game though, he will want to show good signs going into next season. Might just lay off this one.

I think they want it all by themselves (Red Sox can tie them). Second place probably means more to the organization than the players themselves, but I think they win this one today.

If McGowan has a really good game, the Jays should be able to pull this one out. Is Wright pitching for a playoff spot? True about the 2nd place, but the tie would go to the Jays, because they have killed the Sox head to head in the season series.

Jays finish 2nd place regardless of what happens today.
