There r many more more ways 2 get around this. I won't share anymore because maybe the SS is monitoring this site. We weathered the storm. Let the politicians think that on-line gambling is done. i think the law is being passed so people cannot just get a credit card and charge 10,000 on credit. a debit card should be fine also as long as the funds are there via neteller. too many stories of kids robbing banks to cover their losses. probably a lot of disputes of credit card holders who lossed their asses and then claim "i don't recognize this charge" scenerios.
