I just found out why I was able to get this game at a pk. TCU has some injuries.

TCU starting QB Jeff Ballard was injured in the loss to BYU last week. He's been limited to hand-offs during practice and has not thrown a pass due to a shoulder injury. Marcus Jackson - RS Fr that led the Frogs to a victory against Baylor in the first week - has taken the majority of snaps with the 1st team offense. Marcus Jackson is quicker than Ballard, but has limited experience.

Safety David Roach and starting DE Chase Ortiz also have shoulder injuries. Roach comes in on certain packages, but Ortiz needs to be in the rotation for the Frogs to have a good defensive showing.

This game may be closer than I originally thought.

this line has already moved from TCU -2.5 to Utah -1.

Now it just jumped again to Utah -3 or -3.5 in some places!!!

Public hitting TCU over 70% and a 6 point swing in their favor in only about 2 days worth of betting :com:

something is up

I really need to read the Ft Worth news before placing my bets. I woke up this morning, saw the game was back up and put 1 unit on TCU +3 and 1 unit on the under.

I just found out Ballard will start, but top RB Aaron Brown is out with an ankle injury. :scared

My Frogs have been bitten by the injury bug. Gotta hope Lonta Hobbs can match his 2002 success at RB tomorrow night. Marcus Jackson may still get some playing time at QB if Ballard struggles.
