The Twins have been coming back all year on their opponents, Tori Hunter is one of the good guys in their clubhouse, if this team has the true grit and heart that is always talked about, they will bail out their boy Tori and bring this game home. If not, their post season is finished.

Only chance left is Houston Street. He has blown a lot of games in the 2nd half. Fat chance he gives up anything this game though. Bottom of the order for the Twins in the bottom of the 9th.
Take it easy joe blow, this guy is a class act, and no one is more devastated by that play then he is. 9.9 out of 10 times he will make that play. No one is going to argue that it was a horrible judement call on his part, but life goes on.
Minnesota can still pull it off in the 9th, doubtful, but possible. Houston can get lit up.
It's not just the blown play (which by itself, is one of the stupidest and most inexcusable plays I've ever seen this side of Jose Conseco's head ball), it's the fact he just laid there on the turf and watched it roll to the fence. And then, he comes up to the plate and looks like a pathetic piece of crap. I mean it didn't even look like he tried AT ALL!
The left fielder was playing deep obviously he would have been much closer to the ball.
Deal with it. No guarantee Twins win this game even if he made that play.

I hope they are finished the way they choked today. But 9 times out of ten they win if Hunter doesn't make that retarded play.

Houston we have a problem.
I get those odds from being at home with the momentum in the game and the crowd rocking. That and Minnesota's finishing ability this year combined with Oakland's choking ability. But whatever, I hate both of them, and whoever goes on to win this sh*tfest gets smoked in the next round.
Hunter allowed the only other inside the park HR in ALDS history in the dome 3 years ago also VS Oakland. Similar play as Durham had the inside the parker
The ball tailed on Hunter at the end. This guy is a class act. Even ESPN's analysts agreed this is a play he normally makes.
I am from Minny, the play, hurt. But in the final analysis, Twins have failed to hit in a timely manner and have faced great pitching.
