If there's one thing I have learned in watching this team all season, that they can not be dismissed. They are down, but far from out yet. The pitching moving forward does look strong for the A's, but what was said prior to game one? Anything is possible, and the Twins have time to turn this game around. If they drop this one, it certainly will be tough. I can sure see Gardenhire consider starting Santana in Game four if they are down 2-1, and taking his chances at home in game 5.

I remain hopeful things will turn for them in the last few innings here today.

I don't care how many gold gloves someone has, if you make a play that stupid in the playoffs you don't deserve a dime of your pay.

I'll have to watch that play...sounds pretty bad. I gotta say now...the fellas are officially in trouble. Pretty scary depending on Radke at this point, hopefully he pitches like his last outing. I have to think Gardy would go with Santana in game four, if they should happen to win game three.

But, not looking good. Sorry for the guys that lost ching the past two days. Good luck to you.

They were officially in trouble when they lost Game 1 with Santana on the mound. Now they are finished.

No, they arent done yet.

This is a big IF... but if Radke can pitch well, and the Twins can win Game 3... their odds dont look too awful.

Santana will take the hill in a Game 4... and I doubt he would lose again.

That would set up for the deciding game in the Metrodome. This is a team that shouldnt be counted out until they are eliminated. I see a lot of value in the Twins series price right now...

TWINS- out..done....finished...I dont think soo..

i heard it all year, from day 1....when we were 20 games back from 1st/playoffs...
what they do, go on a remarkable run...

now im not saying there going to come back and win this thing, but if a team can do it, it is the twins....One thing with the twins when they slump, they slump bad....right now its a struggle to get going..PUNTO, CASTILLO gotta get on base for them to do well....Im optimistic..have been all year, why not win 3 straight and shock the baseball world once again....:scared :mj07:

go twinkies....!!!!!!!!

That's exactly it, their going bad right now, real bad, it's going to be hard for them to win both games in Oakland. As you said when they slump, they slump bad, they only have one game to change it around and the A's can't seem to do anything wrong on top of it.

I have to agree on this....you start your ace EXPECTING to win at home having been undefeated at home in his like last 25 home starts....and Oaktown won that game....that was a psych knife wound in the heart. gotta give credit to oaktown....they did their job..taking both road games....wow.

loading up on OAKTOWN to win the series.

At -750?!

You do realize that if Radke wins as a small dog on Friday, they are a Johan Santana start away from playing the deciding game in the Dome?

Twins have GREAT GREAT GREAT value right now to win the series at well over +600. Will they win the series? Definately not saying that. But at that price, its well worth it.

Playing the A's at over -700 would be ludicrous.
