I've done really well on NC State games last couple years. Last year I hit 8 in a row before losing the last 2. Made a huge error in judgement on the bowl game against one of the worst QB's in college football history.

I'm 3-for-3 this year including a lucky money-line play last week.

I really like Florida State -10' here. Its a lot of points considering State has had so much success against Seminoles since Amato arrived. Also State is home. Part of my thinking is that books know something and thats why line is so high. Both teams coming off 10 days rest.

FSU hasn't been extremely impressive. State has struggled against a very weak schedule. This will be Evans (QB) second start and he will see a really good FSU defense. Take away the winning drive last week and State had 10 pts and 100 yards passing. They drove to BC's 40 and hit a big pass play with 15 sec's left. I don't take anything away from that...just saying the offense still isn't good.

Hoping the line drops a little but like FSU up to about 13 points.

Also, Daniel Evans might be the real deal at QB. But I don't think he's anywhere near beating FSU in his 2nd career start.

And, might have a little bit of a letdown after BC, but then again it is 10 days b/t games.

I am pulling for FSU, but that offense is just so
painful to watch.....:scared If it wasn't for the
dominating D the Noles would have more losses

The offensive play calling is just pitiful........
I would like to see them open it up, but
I'll wait till they turn it on....GL

I hate Florida State and I hate NC State. Thug Ball and Thug Ball Light in my opinion.

I don't see State moving the ball at all. FSU will methodically get the lead playing it very safe and then open it up just a little with deep passes to 6'6 Carr and underneath to Fagg. Might see a def. score as well.
I see something like 14-3 at half and 28-10 final.

Yeah, I'm not planning on loading up on this game by any means.
Just been doing really well on Pack games and wanted to post my thoughts.
I'm not sure what the total is (my site is weird about totals and won't post them til late) but unless its really low, I also like the under a lot.

Probably one unit each.

VIP is the same way, totals come out maybe the day before? Moneylines are iffy as well.

Took FSU -10 for 2 1/2 units. Feel good about it. Very inexperienced QB and bad offense against a lot of speed.
Fear a backdoor cover b/c I don't think it will be a blowout. 28-10 final....

Have to agree with you here TDJ. FSU is by fair an offensive jugerknot and niether is NCST. Numbers wise I have this game @ -7. Being a Thursday night prime time game has really got me scratching my head to why the line so high. At first glance it appears NCST is the solid play, but something just doean't feel right. with all of the past close games and upsets in this game NCST has really dominated this series ATS. My instincts tell me VEGAS knows more than I, so I've got an average size play on FSU. GL and we'll see who's right (What the Numbers say or Instincts)

vegas ignores hail mary by NCST vs BC ( 10 pts against bad BC def.) a 28-10 FSU win sounds right

D-Money (and Clark), half of the reason I'm on FSU is that I think they will cover.
The line does look funny to me and thats one of the other reasons I'm on them. I was expecting a lot more line movement b/c I thought NCSU +10' would be really enticing to a lot of people. I do think Vegas knows something.
And, like I posted and clark said, State scored 10 pts against BC before that last 40-yd TD. Had 100 yards passing up to that point in almost 60 minutes.

My biggest fear is that I don't know much about Evans at all. But I'll take my chances. GLTA.

I took small play on FSU -4 2nd half. Kickoff return hurt that led to a FG, and Noles should have scored after 1st and goal from 3. But Noles got a huge pass before that.

Fairly even 1st half, glad I laid off the total.

Sorry to anyone who followed me. Thought FSU had them after they got the goal line stand and then drove 99+ yards almost effortlessly.

Should have known as soon as I post my pick on Pack, it would backfire, but I've had a lot of success on Amato over last few years.

Ptgard, I don't like Bowden at all. He's coached some of the dirtiest teams over the years. But no one sees it b/c all they see is his good ol' boy act and his wife in the crowd and his down home witticisms. I've seen FSU teams blatantly late hit QB's all game and rarely called.

And, I think my biggest fear in last night's game came true. Daniel Evans looks really good.

I've followed FSU my entire life, as they are the biggest rival of my beloved Gators.

They've always played dirty. I dont really know the theory behind it; maybe its because FSU is much easier to get into than Florida, and their recruits/players are given rediculous slack around campus and that leads to poor attitude and respect on the field.

Whatever reason it is, FSU is a dirty team.
