Here is what u do, Caliente , completely legal here in mexico , sets up phone accounts, and u can use on the net, but soon will not, but phone will always work.
Here is what u do take the drive south 2-3 hours depending on time and location.
Use an address, u could even use mine here in mexico, to set up account, fund it with cash yes US dollars , funny how all bets -dollars or pesoes are all converted to dollars anyway.
they give u a lame ass disclaimer, please all bets must be made in mexico, yea thats why they give u an 1-800# from the US to use. lol
then once account is ready , make calls from a calling card, nothing can be traced. drive down and make a weekend of it , to make withdrawals.
this is how i did it for years when going to SDSU.and never had a dispute or problem about anything.- nearly 5 years.
then the world of offshore came about.
if you need any help i live next to a caliente and will help u set it up.
the feds can do nothing about it period. it is legal here.
there is one catch, on all winnings there is a federal tax of .015 % , change thats all.

I have been part of this forum for 5 years now. I have never wrote a negative word to anybody because I know it's an open forum to speak your mind, however this is one of those times I feel it's appropriate. :stfu:
