Not only have the Yankees gone after and suspended Season Ticket holders accounts for selling tickets on STUB HUB,

Yankees plan on opening their own ticket site

Tuesday nite my wife and brother-in-law went to game 2 versus Tigers. The Phucking Yankees brought out the tarp and stated 45 minute delay............then they took the tarp off..................then the had to come back out with the tarp...okay this is all preliminary mish mosh.

BUT, I Repeat BUT...while all this chit was happening, The Yankees Postponed the game and told no one in the stadium.

The Yankee Players left the stadium... The Tigers knew nothing and were sitting there....the fan knew nothing ( no announcement ) and the Stadium kept selling beer and food and souveniers.

Leyland siad what the hell is going on???

The Yankee organization are a bunch of pricks.

I was at a game a few years ago and the Yankees postponed a saturday game just to avoid Halladay.....not a drop of rain ever fell.

Individual organizations aren't allowed to postpone games. That decision is made by the umpires during the regular season, and is passed down from the commissioners office during the playoffs.

The worthless Cubs (Tribune organization) own a SCALPING company that sells their own tickets. Whatever tickets the SCALPING company
(owned by the Tribune) gets stuck with, the Cubs (also owned by the Tribune) will buy back. Talk about printing your own money.

I though the organization makes that decision. Umpires make the decision once the game starts. ???????????????

That's what i was lead to believe, that the game had to start and then the decisions fell iinto the umpires ballywick.

this is exactly right the umpires do not have charge of the game until they receive the line up cards at home plate. PERIOD

the other post was wrong.

I'm sure this is true and heard that the Tigers were lead to believe the game would start. The Tigers, including Verlander came back out to warm up and none of the Yankees were out. I'm sure Leyland used this as a motivational tool. Good for him and the Tigers!

I heard also that the Tigers were stuck trying to find a hotel at 2 in the morning. Yankees did this chit on purpose ...

This is the way the Yankees operate.

They tried to phuck over The Tigers and They really phucked their fans over.

And Jim Leyland is one of the classiest guys in baseball.

The Yankees are runned by a bunch of dirtbags.
