Their bullpen has been shaky, but man that offense is explosive, Reyes is the best lead off hitter in the league. Beltran is the best CF in the game, Wright is a future hall of famer, Delgado is one of the best 1st baseman in the game, still. This is the the New York offense that should have been getting all the hype, not those Yanker doodles.

This game is far from over.......

But i will admit that the Dodger bullpen is pretty weak...No doubt

Still plenty of game left

Reyes is the best lead off hitter in the league. Beltran is the best CF in the game

ive got a futures bet on the mets so id certainly like to see them win it all, and its a distinct possibility now that the yanks are out of it.

but slow the roll a bit on reyes and beltran.
for half the money, grady sizemore is every bit as good at the plate and in the field.

wright is a stud, no doubt. he deserves the hype.

Reyes can do everything, I won't back up on that comment, if I have to choose one lead off hitter to start on my team, give me Reyes, hands down. As for Beltran, the only other Cf I would consider picking over him right now is Vernon Wells. They are gold glove calibre defensive players and MVP type offensive players, and their both young and in their prime.

Freaken Yankers, I had a feeling the Tigers would rip them apart, but I caught up in all the hype and the so called "best offensive team of all time", I thought there could be no possible way Tigers hold them down three straight games. I was wrong.

Mets clearly the best team in New York.

Hopefully Floyd is ok for you your team, Endy Chavez is a good replacement though.

gold glove caliber.
mvp caliber.
young.
all three describe sizemore.

... and he's not even in his prime yet.

indians are a shell of themselves, and an mvp will never come from a non-contender, but in terms of starting a team, hard to argue that sizemore in his current contract isnt the best bargain in the game.

I'll take Reyes just for the excitement he brings to the game, not only do I think he is best lead off hitter in the game, a gold glove caliber shortstop, but he can also bring the fans out of their seats. The energy and excitement he brings is just another attribute he can bring to your team.

If they can add on another run or two it would take some pressure off. Should be another adventure for Billy Wagner in the 9th if it stays a 2 run game.
