Just a weak play today.
I am going for the over in the Nucks/Wild game.
The total is set at 5.5 and the odds is +124. No doubt the odds and total is set there because Nucks have had problems scoring so far, and they have a good defense with a good goalie.
Wild started off with a 3-2 win in OT over Avs, and then they won 6-5 over Preds. In the Preds game they scored 5 goals on PP, while they let in 2 in PK. So far this season their PK is 83% and their PP is a whooping 45%.
Nucks started off by winning their first 2 games, and lost to Avs in their last game. They have struggled heavily on PK, bot drawing to many penalties and preventing goals. They held of a lot against Red Wings, but have let in 5 goals on PK their last 2 games. So far they have only 77% in PK and have scored on 23% in PP.
Last year the over was just 2-5-1 when these teams meet, but when they met at Xcel Energy Center the over was 2-2-1. At first I was hoping to see 6 as total and a decent odds on the under (around +100 or something), at that price I would go for the under, but when the total is just 5.5, and the odds is +124 it seems to be a little bit to high to me. Wild was on fire last game in PP, while Nucks have had problems in PK the last two games. Nucks have also scored a fair bit on PP, while Wild have struggled a little bit on PK them self.
