help with system

anyone ever hear of system play that goes......play against team favored by at least 3 with the over/under 42 or more that gave up at least 20 or more points the previous week. Not sure if this is exact but if anyone knows how it exactly goes please respond

It goes like this :
away dog at least + 3 or more and oposing team has allowed more than 20 points last game when the over/under for current game is 42 . Hope that helps . Good luck
