6-4 Last week for my first time posting.

A few early plays this week.

Texas (-6.5) L This seems like an easy cover for the Longhorns. They have to believe that they are not out of the national title picture yet. I just think they are a lot more than a touchdown better than Nebraska.

Wisconsin (-6) W They have been on a roll the past few weeks and I don't think they are going to stop against Purdue.

Oregon (-3.5) L I like the Ducks to cover this easy as they try and keep their PAC-10 title hopes alive.

Looking at a few other plays. I will post later in the week.

Adding a play for Wednesday

Louisiana-Lafayette (-8.5) L

I look for the Rajin Cajuns to run away with this one. I have this team winning the Sun Belt, so I'll take them to come out and make a statement in their first conference game of the season. They run for over 200 yards per game and FLA-ATL give up almost 200 per game. Also don't think FLA-ATL can put up enough points to keep this close.

Virginia (-6.5) W

I will take Virginia at home on Thursday night. Virginia seems to be on the upswing and I don't see North Carolina doing anything but getting worse. I look for Virginia to score quite a few points and for their defense to stand up and stop a poor NC offense. Virginia should cover this game easily as they have not lost at home to NC since 1981.

Virginia game went good tonight.

Looking at tommorrow night game. Anyone have any strong feelings? I will look at it and may post a pick tommorrow. West Virginia games are always worth watching so I'll probably play it one way or the other.

Friday Night,

West Virginia (-23) W

I like WV to come out ready to play tonight. They were actually given a fair ranking in the BCS at #5 and will want to show they are even better than that tonight with everyone watching. They have over a week and a half until the Louisville game so I think they use this as a tune up to get ready for it. They have plenty of time to rest up before that game so I don't look for them to let up tonight.

South Carolina (-3.5) W

They won on the road last week at Kentucky against a better offense then what Vandy puts on the field. They need this win to continue their march toward a decent bowl game. Vandy had their big win of the season last week and I look for a letdown this week.

Seem to like a lot of road favorites this week. Here are two more.

Tulsa (-13.5) W

Tulsa's only loss came to a very good BYU team early in the season and since then they have played very well. Memphis hasn't been able to stop anyone from scoring all year and I don't think they can stop the bleeding against a very good Tulsa offense.

Air Force (-13.5) L

SDST gives up a lot of points and can't score very many. It's pretty much that simple. I just don't think they can slow down the Air Force rushing attack.

They need to use this game to get their offense back on track before the big WV game. I'm sure they saw the WV game last night and will not want to be outdone. I look for a lot of points, maybe even late in the second half just to give the offense confidence.

5-5 on posted plays this week so far.

Hit 3 plays tonight I didn't have time to post (Oregon St., New Mex. St., and Fresno) so I guess the week has been somewhat profitable.

Already played South Florida (-1) for Sunday. To tired for any reasons tonight, maybe I'll post tomorrow.

South Florida (-1) L

SF has the edge on Cincy is almost every category, but Cincy has played some better competition. Hard game to call with the game in Cincy, but I'm taking South Florida. I like what I've seen from them this year and this would be a good win for them on the road. They have a good defense that should come ready to play.
