Being reported down here that Husker fans are already planning to tear down the goalposts if they beat Texas on Saturday.

Good night....you are Nebraska, with what, 3 or 4 National Titles? And you are gonna tear down the posts if you win a regular season game against a 1 loss team?

Please tell me that Husker fans have not stooped to this.

havent heard this here in lincoln, doubt if security will let them thru. we have a few titles but the current group of students havent seen a big win! as far as planning this and then letting word leak out all the way to texas, seems unlikely.

I have not heard this and will be at the game. It would be a huge win for the program, but I hope the students have enough of a long term memory to know that this is not a "big enough" game to tear down the posts. Im looking forward to seeing this Colt kid in person, should be fun to watch. Heres to the Huskers running over UT and playing safe. 24-17 final Skers, but Im a homer and wont be playing the game, but if UT keeps dropping and approaches 3, I may take them for a win win situation. I really think Lucky and Purify have bigdays.

Best thing to do would be to Crisco the posts up in case they do win and let them go. I'd watch that fiasco over and over and over and over and over on Youtube!
