What am I missing?

I haven't seen too much discussion on this game but I am thinking Denver -5 @ Cleveland is a good play...looking at Cleveland's injury report and considering this is a 5-1 team playing a 1-5 team...I thought this line would be a TD plus...Plus I think Denver is due to put up some points and this is the game they breakout...Am I missing something about this game?...I could use some insight from the forum thanks...

And don't laugh but I am also a Browns fan...

this is a game cleveland can win outright. not only is it a favorable spot for cleveland, its a horrible spot for denver.

browns coming off a bye and rumblings of some changes to the offensive playcalling and gameplan.

denver coming off back-to-back national tv games ... and now they've got a huge game with indianapolis up next.

aside from being non-competitive in the cincinnati game, their defense has given them a chance to win every other game. they've only allowed 2 TDs at home this year. denver isn't exactly setting the world on fire offensively.

really dont see how this game is any different from the 19-14 or 15-14 games against new orleans and baltimore.

browns could win the next 2 to get to 3-4 before heading out and getting smacked by san diego and atlanta.

Thanks Gman...I guess I'm just not giving the Browns enough credit and a little too much credit to Denver...I believe Cleveland gets some of other secondary back this week as well...

Denver just hasn't shown the ability to run away from anyone. Browns should have beaten the Ravens at home. You gotta like them to at least hang close here.

Huge Bronco fan here and I hear what you guys are saying about the trap (sandwich) game with Indy on deck.

My take is because of the struggling offense, Shanny will try to open it up a bit in this one to get his offense some confidence going into the Indy game next week.

I thought the game plan for Oakland was very vanilla. Shanny didn't want to expose anything too early that Indy or Pitt could grab and prepare for. Shanny knows he can beat the Raiders on any given day so he did it with as little effort as possible from the offense.

I think Dever puts up a good amount of points (20+) in this one and covers because they need the win for the division standings with San Diego...
