NCAA Season Record:40-35-1
W. Virginia/ Uconn UNDER 49.5
UConn's offense has been non existent this season. With the loan exception of thrashing Rhode Island, the Huskies have scored more than 17 points just once ( odd for a team who gets 360 ypg) On the defensive end, West Virginia has given up more than 17 points only once this year to Maryland. I know all about the Mountaineers and their scoring avg. The key for tonight is the running game. West Virginia will run all over Uconn tonight eating up the time of possession. I would assume the game plan for the Huskies will be to take advantage of their all-time leading rusher Caulley and try to pound it out on the ground as well. The coaching staff will do what they can to keep Slaton, White and co off the field. Then there's the look ahead factor. The biggest game of the season for the Mountaineers comes next vs Louisville. Pretty sure they will want all their starters healthy for that one. If they put this game out of reach, you can make book the bench will get crowded with starters. I know I'm on the opposite side of the world as just about everyone is on the over, maybe that's a good thing...The total keeps rising as we speak , so will wait until just before kickoff. Do I hear 50?
Good Luck Gentlemen....
