thestar says they signed Dana Segin. Apparently he's been out of the league awhile but the article says Toronto signed him after watching him kick several field goals from 40-42 yards.

Are you certain this guy isn't getting the nod?

Notes: Injured Argos kicker Noel Prefontaine is hoping to play Friday but will be a gametime decision. He says placekicking causes him more pain than punting but he wants to do both if Clemons gives him the green light. The Argos signed Dana Segin to their practice roster just in case. Special teams players Chris Hardy will handle the kicking duties with Segin as his back up if Prefontaine has to sit.


SO.... even though Prefontaine is playing (wich i doubt) he wont be trying for a long FG and Congi from Sask has already kicked a FG of 53 yds this year and had made more FG than Toronto placekicker so yes i would still play both despite that guy signing! Still surprise to see that line so low, should be in the -160!!!
