Seriously, you cannot be proud of this performance. That team has been lame from start to finish all year. Almost losing to UCLA at home with your backup quarterback is a total joke.

I'm proud they won... Are you serious? I look to be entertained and that's all that matters. ND made the plays to win in the end. I could care less who they're playing.

I don't know how that has to do with this game... Michigan is clearly better than ND this year. Who cares? I don't understand how people can't appreciate a great game.

Cowan wasn't given an opportunity to make plays late in the game. A decision I don't completely disagree with, but it is unfair to make it seem as if he contributed to the loss at all.

I thought Cowan played well given the circumstances. I expected worse and took ND and lost.

UCLA defensive line absolutely decimated ND's offensive line. Any team that can get pressure with their front three and four without blitzing is tough to beat.
ND will get exposed by USC or in a bowl game if they don't fix their offensive line.
I agree pressuring Quinn is key. UCLA did an awesome job. Right now USC has been BAD at getting pressure to the QB. UCLA right now has the better defense. Although USC D NEVER gives up big plays which is what it is designed too do. ND's problem will be the USC offense. Unfortunately, ND gets USC at the end of the year. Different team than what they will see on film.
