I've put together back to back 4-1 weeks and my season record is 17-11-2. That has me tied for 16th place out of 300+ initial entries.

Nebraska +6.5 Only college game on the Chllenge board this week. "Texas only has to win by a TD" is ringing in the air and I hope it burns all of them. The line has just dropped from 6.5 to 5 at Sportsbook even though the money is going Texas's way. Hmmmmm. I like betting against a freshman QB in his first big road game, so the stars are lining up.
Who is betting what: TEX 86% NEB 14%

Atlanta +1.5 I've heard about a scuffle between the assistant coaches but I don't think it changes anything. Pittsburgh's stock is high, ATL's is low. I think I'm getting good value here because I really think that ATL would be favored by 4 if this game was played one week earlier.
Who is betting what: PIT 89% ATL 11%

Cleveland +5 Bets are going Denver's way yet the line has dropped at Sportsbook from 5.5 to 4.5. Hate betting on crap teams but I have to go with what I know...the book knows more than I do.
Who is betting what: DEN 88% CLE 12%

Cincinatti -3.5 I really like this spot for the Bengals. Their stock is down and Carolina's is up. They are playing at home and seem to be a wrong favorite. Carolina has won 4 straight and the Bengals have lost 2 straight...doesn't make much sense for the Bengals to be favored by more than a FG. The bets continue to hit CAR but the line stays the same at most books....I like it.
Who is betting what: CAR 60% CIN 40%

Buffalo +5.5
This one gives me a stomach ache. I hate betting against the Pats and I hate betting on Buffalo. NE won the early match up, but struggled mightily. NE is coming off a BYE and the Bills have a BYE next week. Don't care for this pick but I have to pick something. What I do like is that the public is pounding NE yet the line is holding steady.
Who is betting what: NE 93% Buffalo 7%

I love the Cincinatti play this week. As you stated stock is up on the Panthers while everyone is down on the Bengals. Too many people loving the Panthers this week while the Bengals have a very good team although they layed an egg in Tampa. I see a very inspired Bengal team this weekend since noone is giving them any attention.

I never get too excited about any one play (although I can have strong opinions) but I do like Cincy. I think Cincy is my 2nd best bet of the 5 games behind Nebraska.

Good luck this weekend. You make my christmas card list for responding to one of my threads.

Nice hit on Nebraska today, I agree with all but the Pats, like Philly and NE on the road but the rest of the home doggies look great to me. Early games I am thinking of taking ATL, CIN, PHI, and NE. Would it kill you to go 4-1 again this week ;) j/k

Good Luck!

funny i just read your comment about the Buffalo game and its basically my same opinion. the cincy pick you may be right but i have a funny feeling the gambling goods do not want Cincy to get to that 8.5 ove totalr for the year line. I think that is the one total the books do not want to lose. Then again the hook is on thepresent line 3.5.

I'm starting to tear up. Not sure what to do with all this attention, lol.

Thanks for the love CherryPicker. I wasn't sure about the Nebraska pick until I listened to some of the Texas homers and then watched the line plummet despite the heavy action. Would have looked like an ass if Texas blew them out, but I'm willing to take that chance when the stars start to align.

Sponge: Buffalo and Cleveland are hard picks to make, but I think they are the right one's to make. Not sure what you are talking about with the Cinci game. Fill me in, I'm listening. I do think the line is a good one for Cincy, especially with the hook. The line climbing despite the action going the other way, makes me think I'm on the right side.

Good luck guys.

Ugly start today. Made all the more painful when I dropped the Jets and Chiefs for CLE and BUF. Hopefully, CLE will come through and I won't feel as bad if the Jest and Chiefs hold on.

Could have easily went 1-4 this weekend, so I'm happy Atlanta pulled through. Sucks to lose by the hook with Cinci, but I take the good with the bad.
