where were these gamebreakers against auburn and florida?

Exactly. Craig Davis wasn't returning kicks at that time. Holiday has been used sparingly. Les Miles has made several questionable personnel decisions this season. I honestly rate Miles in the bottom third of SEC coaches.

lsu is such a weird team. awesome talent.
but not a big game program.

Not this season, but last year LSU defeated Florida, Auburn, Bama and Miami. I'd say those are 4 big games.

Not to mention the recent success in bowls, including 2-0 in BCS bowls.

doesn't seem like LSU can move the ball consistently vs this Defense...getting a little worried bout my wager...

They will never win shit as long as they have Les Miles. That guy is good for 1-2 losses per year on his ineptitude alone. I still cant believe a program like LSU hired that clown.

they are a good team playing in a really good conference. but how can anyone argue their greatness. even with a win tonight they will have played 8 games and still haven't beaten a team with a winning record unless you count louisiana lafayette. to be considered at all in any kind of bcs mix they needed to have won at least one game at auburn or at florida. fat phil has his hands full next week, and its the last stand for lsu to make an impression. personally, i think they are the 4th best team in the sec.

not a fan of miles either. maybe sabin will come back after his comedy of errors is over in the nfl.

That's what I'm saying. I guarantee mediocrity in 3 seasons.....

That two point conversion Saban called against the Texans might have been in the Top 5 worst coaching moves I have ever seen. Saban looks like Carroll, Davis et al...he needs to stick with the guys he pays under the table.

hate to ruin the lsu party, but fresno (+14) makes sense for the 2h. lsu doesnt look like theyre interested in putting this team away. fresno took lsu's best shot and seems settled into a competitive game now.

I'm on Fres +33.

Definite lean to Fresno + in 2H. Like I mentioned in my my thread, LSU is headed into a bye w/ HUGE revenge @ Vols on deck. I expect them to continue to go through the motions.
