Yeah, my typical luck.

I have 9-0 in a big pool at the bowling lanes for the Packer game. They nail a 55 yarder at the end of the half to trail 10-9, and I'm shitting myself!

Somehow, Miami gets flagged for an unsportsmanlike penalty that caused the lines to move, so the give the Packers 15 yards, and it's a re-kick.

Okay.....I'm pissed. I figure from 40 yards, this donkey will probably stub his toe, right? Well, he's money once again, and once again I'm doing the fist pump. What? Another flag? Oh, Offensive face mask? Well, why the fukk not??????

When was the last time anyone saw a face mask penalty on a fukking FG ATTEMPT?

Well, only 4 seconds left in the half, so they run the clock to compensate for the penalty, and it's halftime!

I feel bad for you. I had the Phins in the !st half -3. I thought for sure I was going to catch the bad beat.:shrug:

I've been on a pretty terrible run myself so I know how you feel.

Nobody like a bad beat story, but here's my most recent. Bet four NHL games the other night, played the puck line in three of them and took the dog in the other so I was getting +juice in all of them.

The three Favorites all won by ONE goal screwing me on the -1.5 lines from top to bottom, the dog I took was winning the game with 26 seconds to play and ended up losing in OT.

Some things are just bigger than we are YYZ, nothing you can do but get clobbered some days.

The thing that gets me the most? More inept "clock management".

At the two minute warning, Miami ran a third down play, and was getting ready to kick the FG that gave them their 10 points. Green Bay had all three time outs!

Why the hell don't you use one? Why let Miami drag it down to 1:19 before they call one themselves, and kick the FG?

I'll bet Charlie McCarthy (as in the "dummy") would like to have 35 more seconds rather than an extra fukking time out when it was 1st down from the 40 yard line with 4 seconds on the clock!
