Anyone ever try to track their live poker stats?

And then import them into a poker tracker or something? Wondering how helpful this would be as I have never viewed stats on one of those things but it seems like people that have swear by them.

Any input appreciated.

I've done it with poker tracker - when I played at Party Poker.... .it is a nice tool.

I stopped using it, however, as I play on 2 computers - and I couldn't figure out how to xfer the hand histories from my laptop to my desktop computer.
