August 31 seems like a long, long time ago......I believe the only home dog that covered that night was central michigan giving BC all it could handle.....who would have thought then that both of those teams would be in the driver's seat for division titles and spots in a league title game.

i hear ya. figured the school record was 40ish and the national record had to be close to 50ish.

... and i can certainly imagine dayne getting 55 carries against out on the island during his heisman years. sounds about right.

I honestly don't know why he isn't. I know he was a second day pick of the saints but I think he had some injuries. His little brother was a really good running back too.
