Here we go again. Went 2-3 last week and my record now stands at 19-14-2. Hopefully, I will bounce back with a great week and get back near the top of the leaderboard.

I'm running with 4 favorites this week. I hate giving points but I think these are the best plays out there.

Titans -3: Houston blows. Consider this a value pick after Houston's stock jumped after killing JAX last week.
What's everyone betting: TEN 67% HOU 33%

Chargers -9: Something here just doesn't seem right. SD loses to KC, and come back as a 9pt favorite against a good team (record wise).
What's everyone betting: SD 49% STL 51%

Browns -1.5: I told myself I was done betting on crap teams, but this is the type of line I've based my "handicapping" system on. Wrong favorite. Jets should be favored if the book is truly trying to get money on each side. Not only that, but the Jets should be at least a 4 pt fav. Way to easy to take the Jets here. Something stinks.
What's everyone betting: NYJ 68% CLE 32%

Broncos -2.5
: Another wrong favorite? Maybe not, but that was my gut instinct and was the reason I took the Broncos at home. Opening line was -1.5 at some books. I normally take the dog with this line unless I think the wrong team is favored.
What's everyone betting: IND 51% DEN 49%

Vikings +2.5: As stated earlier, I like to bet dogs on 2.5 lines. I think the right team is favored here, but this is a dog betting line IMO. Public seems to like NE a lot, so that makes me a little more comfortable.
What's everyone betting: NE 75% MIN 25%

i dont like your first pick at all. your second i dont like the game but if i had to id take the same. The next two i like and the Minny game id have to pass. I would have thought your system would have produce the Ravens and im not sure if you can take over and unders but the Indy line under looks like a play.

Only one Over/Under is available and its almost always the MNF game.

Baltimore does fit, but I just have a bad feeling about the game and the Ravens are on the road. I've been trying to stick with teams playing at home because 1. it narrows the field and 2. I prefer to back teams at home in the NFL.

GL tomorrow.

Thx Sponge. This contest is open to the public. Entry is $1,000 and your picks have to be handed into the casino by 6pm pst on Friday. My father lives in Vegas and walks my picks in to one of the Station Casinos for me. He has a portion of the stake so that ensures his participation each Friday (walking in the picks, lol).

The lines for the week come out every Tuesday and it includes one college game, all NFL games, and the O/U for MNF. You pick 5 games. Win = 1 point, Tie = 0.5 point.
