Fla you know I give you utmost respect but I am never sure when you have a big Bucs or Steelers play because you are on them every week regardless (well unless they play each other). How much of this is heart v head?

This Pitt game is scary to me. At first glance this smells like when KC came to town and everyone was down on Pitt and they delivered an -ass kickin. In comes Denver, Pitt in a must win situation , the same feeling as last time and you can't help but feel like they will take care of business. These deja-vu feelings in the past have cost me lots of $$$. Denver defense is for real and was picked apart like a thanks-giving turkey. I am starting to think that Pitts season may end today! Can almost here ESPN talking about Big Ben unable to overcome the multitude of health issues.
P.S.--Fla respect 100% your capping , way better than me, and I am definitely over-thinking this play a matter of fact i was close to playing Pitt pretty large than started having these flash-backs of similar bets. Perhaps i need counceling, anyone else feeling the same? In any case best of luck on all your plays!

I see your point. The units I play are the ones that I post on the other site. And the run that I've been on lately has given me a kind of 'wing it' mentality that I am going to change on both boards starting today.

Here's what will happen from now on (even on prime time games, lol)

5*'s are best bets
4*'s are average plays
3*'s are leans that I will play.

And this is the last time on the Bucs. I like the spot alot with their backs against the wall and playing a revenge game. If they lose today, they win 4 games for the year.

That's what made this the biggest of plays for me today. The end of Big Ben (this year) has been everywhere and yet the line is -3?

I look at two things before matchups (which I should pay more attention to sometimes) and trends (which I ignore completely). I would rather go against the money and I look for spots where a team has more motivation in a particular game.

The only thing that bothers me is a revenge situation for the Broncos today, but if the Pitt defense plays inspired football today, Plummer is in trouble.

Of course, I thought most of these things about the Miami Hurricanes and none if this matters when a team just sucks.
