NFL Season Record updated: 59-42-1

Playing these for sure and wanted to get them up...I will update lines as soon as I play them and post write ups through out the day while watching the Breeders' Cup.

Under 49 KC/STL (-116) Win

Line opened at 48 and has stood pat even with close to 90% on the over. Major public preception on a high scoring affair. KC under coach Edwards normally plays a little closer to the vest on the road. Two of the top five Rb's in the NFL should keep the clock moving. Don't get me wrong, their will be some shots taken down field for both teams, but both of the defenses will step up to keep the opposing offenses off the field.

Detroit +4 (+107) pinny Win

The Lions have been a very profitable home dog over the years. Atlanta is coming off a couple HUGE wins against Pitt and Cinncy. This would be the spot for a let down. If the Falcons go into Det and blow them out I will be both suprised and impressed.

Houston +14.5(-138) pinny Win

The Texans are getting better each week. Many forget this team took care of Jax a couple weeks ago. One would think the Giants might be looking ahead to Chicago next week. I will take my chances with a team starting to get it togeather on both sides of the ball. Keep in mind...this is the NFL and 2 td's is alot to give anyone.

Cinncy +3.5(-119) Loss

Cinncy has been money against the spread on the road the past couple seasons. A must win for them as they can't afford to fall 2 games behind the Ravens. Although they won last week, the Ravens gave up over 400 yards to N.O. I might put a small wager on the money lne. Cinncy is 5-1 ats vs the AFC north its last 6.

Miami +14.5 (-130) Win

The Dolphins have been profitable over the years as a double digit dog. Pick scares me a bit as I see many reputable caps on the other side. I think this could be a trap game for the Bears with NYG waiting in the wings. Both Miami qb's are very familiar with Chicago having played in that division. I know the Dolphins suck this year, but I guarantee some of the good old boys from their undefeated season showed up this week and maybe inspired them to play a bit harder on Sunday.

Tennessee +10.5 (-130) Loss

Was on Jax last week. That was a Huge win for them vs Philly. The Titians are starting to come around getting better each week. Bought a point for insurance, but think they keep it close. The Jags are just 1-7 ats their last 8 as a favoirte of 7 or more points.

Over 35 Den/Pitt(-120) pinny Win

Think we saw Shanny open it up a bit last week and with the struggles of Big Ben, you might see some turnovers leading to great field position. For whatever reason, Coward chooses to stick with Ben and I look for him to challenge Champ on Hines Ward. The Over is 25-7 the past 32 home games for Pitt.

Sunday Night - Strong Play

Sunday Night - Strong Play

5-2 so far.....These Sunday & Monday night games have been a struggle for me the past few weeks. Hope to change that tonight.

Indy +3.5 (-115) pinny Win

This game is getting plenty of hype and it should. I've been looking forward to watching this one all day and I hope it will be as good as advertised. 65% of the money is on the home team tonight, in large part because of their incredible performance this past Monday night. I know all the trends and how NE has dominated the Colts. Manning has only won 1 out of 6 meetings going up against the Pats under Tom Brady. It came last year. It was the Colts' first road win vs the Pats since 1995.

Trends over time come and go, favoring one side for several years and then right before your eyes swithces in the other direction. This NE team knocked Manning and the Colts out of the Playoffs in 03 & 04. I have a feeling that after all the years of domination in the series by the Pats, last seasons win just might have gotten the monkey off of the backs of Indy and quite possibly started a new trend.

I'm reading and watching much praise being given to the Patriots, as the undefeated team seems to be flying under the radar. As good as Brady and co looked Monday night, I'm not real impressed with their victories, especially at home. Indy has already beaten the Giants & Denver on the road and I see no reason why they can't win tonight. Indy is 8-2-1 ats their last 11 on the road, 5-1 ats their past 6 in the 2nd game of back to back road games & 11-2 ats their past 13 as a dog of 7 points or less.

How surprised would you be if Vinatieri kicked another game winning FG tonight in Foxboro?

Good Luck this evening...

Manning is my guy

Manning is my guy

Would love to see Indy win tonight both straight up and against the spread. Pats are tough at home and the 8-1-1 lately against the Colts is awful hard to argue against. Couple that with the fact the Colts can't stop the run at all...I don't know!

I am going Colts since the public never seems to know shiznit :)
