The time has finally come. After 4 months in Cincinnati, my wife is leaving town and I am finally going to have a chance to go hit the tables with the boys. I would appreciate some feedback on the Indiana casinos.

Since I'm in cinci the closest is Argosy..have any of you ever been? Is it decent enough, or are there others that are worth me driving out a bit further?

Thanks for any help!

live in nor. ky & have hit them all:scared
argosy is closest but employees seem ruder than others, all the casino games available, opened poker room 4 mos ago, lot of tables & action but very cramped

grand vic.- all casino games
poker room not much action

belterra- all casino games, more spacios seem to appreciate your business more large poker room (spacious) medium action on weekends

ceasars all casino games & ultimate poker room 33 tables lot of action, plenty of touraments

Going to Bell next weekend 11-13

I guess it depends on what your game is... I have been to Argosy many times and it works for me. If you like poker drive to Caesars. It is definitely the cleanest casino, but worth the drive. I prefer the NW casinos in Indiana, but only if I stay the night.

Thanks for the feedback, we ended up heading to argosy. Poker had about an hour or so wait, I played craps for the most part and my buddy played some poker.

I'll let you know next time we are heading out that way HC, can meet up for a drink.

Argosy is a black hole for slots and table games. Dirty casino with rude dealers, and you wont be able to win. As far as poker goes though, their new poker room is pretty nice and is non smoking.

For poker out of those 3, it is your best bet. They have a daily tourney at 11am, and a very live 1-3 blinds NL game.

DO NOT go to Grand Victoria for poker, all they ever have is $5-$10 limit games, However for table games, GV and Belterra are the better bet.

What days you going to be there?

im in a wheelchair and argosy is very cramped, cant move without inconviencing another player. belterra is more spacious & they take good care of me and wife.
