Saul- that pretty much told me Missouri was locked up for the Dems. The Senate hangs on the recount and absentees in Virginia.

Lots of moderates there and Libertarians that are pissed at the Reps. But more than anything the Dems did a great job as painting Burns as a corrupt good ol' boy b/c of the Abramoff ties. It's not done but it does seem that Tester is pulling into a bigger lead.

The Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act sponsored in the House by Reps. Jim Leach, R-Iowa, and Bob Goodlatte, R-Va., and backed in the Senate by Majority Leader Bill Frist, R-Tenn., the law pits social conservatives who disapprove of gambling against the 8.5 million Americans who spend about $6 billion annually to cast wagers online.

Didn't even realize Leach had lost. Good stuff! Although I have no idea how this stuff goes once a bill is introduced.

Lots of confusion at UK betting shops on those that wagered who would have majority in Senate.

looks like 49-49-2 with the independents?
