As awful as this sounds, the key player to Detroit having any chance winning this game is Rasheed Wallace, he needs to start scoring and rebounding the ball. :com:

Yes it is over. And boy am I a fool for taking the Pistons to win a tough road game. This team will be a 6-8 seed this year, they are a team on the decline, and Chauncey will leave as a FA next year.
Rebounding?? I guess 15 wasn't enough and they are 5 games into the season. Don't you think its a bit to early to predict where they'll finish:jerkit:
No. No I don't, they should have never of gave up on Darko Milicic, you waste the number 2 pick in one of the deepest drafts in NBA history, where the Pistons could have had their pick of Chris Bosh, Carmelo Anthony, Dwayne Wade or Kirk Hinrich. They give up on Milicic and send him to the Magic for basically nothing, he is going to breakout later on in this season. They let their heart and soul go, the most important piece to that championship team a few years ago, Ben Wallace to a division rival in the Bulls. Now who do they have down low Rasheed Wallace?
Let's not forget Chauncey Billups is a FA next season and the way the Pistons are going, I don't think he will be back. Joe Dumars made a huge mistake letting Ben go, why were the Bulls willing to pay Ben? But not the team that saw how great he was first hand? The same guy who has won the last 3 defensive man of the year titles? The same man who went to war for them night after night? The same guy who shutout Shaq and led the Pistons to their first championship in more then a decade?
Think what you want, it's only 5 games... keep using that excuse... this team is on the steady decline, I guess they still do have Ronald Murray, Maxiell and McDyess coming off the bench. That's another thing when this team was beating up on everybody in the East they had a legit bench and team that went 12 deep, you can also kiss that one goodbye.
Pistons 6-8 seed.

Not so much last season, but in the years they the made it to the finals, they had some solid role players to go along with the big 5. Now it's basically the big 4 and nothing else. Losing that one from the big 5, makes the big 4 look not so big. Especially Rasheed, having Ben playing beside him made him look better then he really was.
The Pistons are not a team to be reckoned with no more.
