Long time no throw darts in here... :look:

Since the wife is gone, boy is sick, I can drink heavily and watch some college football for a change, I thought I would study a little, drink a lot, and take a coupla pot shots this evening. After intense review, I'll try these this evening.

Arkansas -4.5
(For some reason, I'm comforted by that one inching down a little...I think this is huge for the Hogs and they will get 'er done at home.

Kansas State +16.5
I realize it's not your father's Wildcat squad, but Manhatten is a scary place to spend a Saturday night for a road favorite. As I recall, people have been drunk since about noon in the Little Apple, and will give the Horns a lot of grief. A nice spot for a KSU program cover.

USC -9.5
I think this squad is taking a bit of a beating and will want to make a statement tonight against a team they certainly will not overlook. Carroll has the defense sturdy and I think they cover by more than the 10.

Good luck, and let's have some fun tonight...

Try not to get sloppy drunk and start ripping me in the political thread chad. Nothing comes out nice from a drunkin poster.:nono:

By the way i hope you are still around i want to ask you something. The site i asked you if you were affiliated with (a couple of weeks ago) I know you remember this guy but im not so sure you keep in touch with him now. He use to have either the name Brazen cub or Shawnee922. You two use to go at it. My question is do you still talk to him? His name was Tray. Not sure if you ever had a fallen out with the guy but i like to contact him. I haven't talk to him in years and i want to see how he is doing. For all i know he might be in jail again. I think he liked it there. Any help would be appreciated. I lost his email address and screen name.

Sponge, you should know by now that I don't have to be drunk to rip you in any forum...:tongue

I'm pretty much just hanging with the foots this weekend, so probably won't head back in the danger area too much. You should be safe...we are on the same side on most issues, how we go about talking about it is where we usually fall apart.

To answer your question, I have not talked to Tray in a long time. I know he was (a while back anyway) hanging out in another sports betting forum that I can't mention in here in deference to Jack, but I haven't gone there in a while. I will check it out tonight and see if he is still there. He and I had a pretty good relationship, really, we could argue about things and still remained positive acquaintances. I talked to him many times through instant messages and we had a pretty good rapport. He is definitely a different dude, as you seem to know. I'll see what I can find out and let you know. I've never spoken to him offline, though.

Sponge, the owner of the site said Tray had to take care of some family issues and had not been around for a while. Not sure what that entails, or what family issues means. With Tray, it could mean anything, as you probably well know. If I hear anything else, I will pass it along.

Now, back to football. Nice job by Arkansas - McFadden is an incredible back. K-State benefitting from the loss of Texas QB and playing terrific. Still gonna be tough to hold off that bunch in the 2nd half. Hope SC can show up tonight...could be a happy drunk, fo-sho.

Well, that turned out to be a good day. I guess it was a good thing I waited until the late games to jump in, as many took some tough ones earlier in the day.

Cheers!

okay Chad thanks. btw nice picks. maybe when you drink you are a better handicapper? Might have to ask your wife to go out more often. When i drink and wager i usually go over my limit and then wake up the next day and drink even more to deaden the pain.
