Yes, WVU and the Big East is garbage...

Today, I watch WVU build a lead of 42-10 thru three quarters...against the same team that Ohio State trailed at half time and VT pretty much struggled thru 3 quarters.....now, I see all these teams that have ONE loss that deserve to be in the national championship......


Well, as a pretty normal level headed person, I ask the question...why not WVU???

I want somebody to tell me why ND deserves to be talked about versus WVU etc etc....WVU would beat ND 56-55 in regulation.

Please tell me.

I am not sure anyone is really talking about ND except with the idea of if they win at USC. Throw in a win against possible ACC champ Ga Tech (both would be on the road) and they have better wins than WVa under that scenario. Not sure who would win if they played...probably whoever got the ball last....

honestly....after watcing ark today i think they deserve to be ranked higher than wvu-rut-lvlle

If I may speak for Wilson....
I think he is saying (and I agree) how WVU can not be considered in the 1 loss BCS championship teams. I think this whole syetem is a joke because you NEVER know what you are going to get when you set the games up before the season. Do you think teams that had WAKE on the docket thought $hit thats gonna gie us some credit? The only fact is every one is dogging the Big East but they do have 3 top 25 team regardless if the other teams are cupcakes or not they do have talent and they should get some credit. Yes I give Ohio St credit for putting Texas in the line up but every team has Kentuckys, Stanfords, UConns, Temples and such in the line up. Just thinkpeople need to put the strange reputation of divions aside and give crdit where it is do. Yes SEC is hard nosed, Yes PAC-10 has offensive fire power but the big east has players and they deserve credit as one of the better one loss teams in the country as a Wisky, Florida or whatever the players go out week after week and put together effort and personaly I don't see how a computer of the people in the booth can not give L'Ville, Rutgers, WVU, or whomever respect for playing week in and out. Just my 2 cents but the Big East is soft and giving people a pass for out of conference teams is a little over played.

wvu cant be considered because the one team theyve played that was any good .... they lost by DD to. thats their schedule working against them. if they were undefeated, theyd have a much better case against their schedule. people would still be skeptical but you could at least make a case for them because they ran the table. but if you dont play anyone AND you lose the lone game to the 'suibstance team' on your schedule, well... your argument is shot.

and frankly, i dont see how louisville still isnt regarded as the best team in the conference. thats not to take anything away from wvu. theyre a solid top 10-12 team. just not the best team in the big east.
