So Cal
I'll begin by confessing to being a big time USC fan.

I live in So Cal, and fox sports locally has an announcer named Petros Papadakis. He and his brother played at USC and their family owns a great Greek restaurant in the area. In the past hes been both an announcer and a color guy on SC telecasts.

Today he stuttered and hemmed and hawed but when push came to shove......his pick in tomorrows game was Cal.

Why is this important? Theres no way he throws his alma mater under the bus, unless hes certain, its possible if not probable. The only alternative explanation might be his feeling that to go farther as an announcer he'll need a modicum of objectivity. Hes around the team alot.....and its his knowledge about and access to the team that makes this meaningful.

Imagine an alumnus with a huge tie to the team in your area...........a guy who's name instantly brings that university to mind.......coming out and publically picking against that team.

We'll see.

I took SC.......but ml. I see it as tight, undecided right down to the gun.
