Balt (-3) over Pitt
&
Carolina (-4) over Washington

Pitt is a turnover team this year and even though they had an emotional comeback the Ravens defense get Ray Lewis back and that means the team will be amp'ed at home to put the hurting on divisional team. Add in J. Lewis finally broke his slump of poor running last week and I like the Ravens.
Carolina has the rookie at running back to have a HUGE day against the poor redskins defense. The redskins secondary is terrible and will not be able to cover ANY of the panthers WR's. Washington has Campbell at QB and even though he play well against TB this defense is a lot faster. No Clinton Portis and Betts will be hard pressed to find running room. The only match-up I am worried about is Cooley on the Panthers LB's they have to cover him because he is a very big safety blanket for Campbell. Even at home I just don't think Washington has the juice to play with Carolina. I haven't seen Delhome play extremely well but I think that changes today aginst one of the poorest over paid defenses in the league. By the way I am a die hard redskins fan, so this pains me to say but Carolina is in the playoff push and the redskins are dead weight in the way.
