Originally was only going to play the OVER, but after looking it over decided to add the NUGGETS. The only way I can get the OVER is if DEN plays a great 2nd half, so if I'm counting on that, I might as well play them also. It is possible that DEN blows out the GRIZZ in which case I split if it fails to go OVER due to the GRIZZ FIZZ, but I think this game stays close for awhile, and DEN exploits the lack of depth on MEM bench later in the 4th and pulls away. DEN is not a team to let up, so if they go to the bench, they will still score.

Normally wouldn't go OVER in a game that hit 105 in 1H, but these teams only combined for 2 of 13 THREES, so we should see that increase as well as FT% for DEN.

in Portland, the two teams combined to hit 9 3's in the FH and yet we only managed 97 pts. PORT shot horribly (37%) but that's not unusual for them, but the pace has been slow. I figure this game is gonna end around 182 making it 85 for the 2H.

CLIPPERS are kiiling SAC on the boards (33-22) and if that continues, no way KINGS win this game. LAC only managed to hit 33% of their FH shots while SAC hit 39%. BOTH are low, and should increase considerably, but with the CLIPS ability to control the inside, look for them to hang with SAC until the very end.

It's looking like a LAKERS & OVER combo in the last one. After playing a great FH, LAKERS started the 2nd laying an egg. They've recovered some, but with 10 TO's with 3 minutes left in 1H, PHIL is gonna be fuming about the lack of focus and have the LAKERS ready. Depending on the number, I'm looking at the LAKERS for sure, possibly the OVER depending how this FH ends. PHIL may emphasis DEF to win this game after allowing the LAKERS to run with MILW in the first part of this game. They obviously can't keep up or control the ball, so LAKERS & Under could be possible. Gotta wait and see....

LAKERS tipped off as 7.5 pt favs and are now laying 1.5 at the break if you factor in the 5 pt deficit they now face. Nothing has changed about these two teams except KOBE had a horrible half and if you follow the LAKERS, he rarely has two in one game. KOBE was 1 of 7 from the field for a mere 7 pts and will not be denied in 2H. He will get his, one way or another. That could hurt in the past when he had less to work with, but he's not afraid to have his teammates help this year and will defer if needed. WALTON is also struggling, as are the LAKERS from the arc, 3 of 14, and that should change. Look for LA to get ODOM involved inside, and maybe KWAME, and this will open it up for KOBE. KOBE does not like getting beat one on one which REDD has done, so KOBE will turn the tables and make REDD play major DEF in 2H of this one. Predicted Final:
