BDB, I cannot figure this thing out for the life of me, If you could help me I'd greatly appreciate it.

I have it downloaded and my pokertracker open and everything. I need to get new backrounds which I downloaded and cannot figure out how to import. Also, I cannot seem to get this thing up and running with my tables. The site is very vague in supplying starup information.

ah I figured most of it out, but I have a few questions...


1) what do you do for backrounds? I can't seem to find out how to import special ALL black layouts for any of the sites I play on.


2) Where it has you select the hand historys under Options > Prefrences... do you put the pokertracker directory folder or the original folder from whatever poker site it is.


3) Do you select which stats you want to appear @ the tables... and if so which do you reccomend.

Alright that must have been annoying, im just terrible with setting things like this up. I finally got everything to work except for the backrounds.

One last question if you happen to see this... What stats do you have displayed ? I just have the 4 default ones per player and the icon made from pokertracker... what do you suggest are the most helpful to your game.

for skins i used pokermods.com but that's only for party and empire which unless you are proxying and are very adept at it does you no good.

do a google search for poker mods or themes or skins and you will get a bunch of hits.

i always use a four color deck. a must. once you try it you won't go back if you multitable.

as for skins, just find something plain with seats and a black background. you don't need animated figures and such.

the stats i use are vp$ip, bb/100, hands played against/ and agrression factor. for the player

for the table i use percentage of players per flop and average pot size. pretty basic.

Thanks much for your response. I started using the 4 color deck about 2 months ago after you reccomended it, its amazing.
The vp$ip... I still dont competely understand that, basically the wider the margain they more fishy? Like a 20/15 is a tight player while someone with 40/10 would be a fish? Aggression factor is the icon PT creates right?

Yes, and I can get it to supply my stats (in 2 different spots for some reason) but I cannot get it to suplly others stats?

Using Omaha tracker BTW...

never used omaha tracker, however, open up the HUD program.... (make sure u have pokertracker open as well and have the it logging the hand historys , you know how to do that right?)


in Hud goto options > layout manager and put whatever ud like on the screen... make sure u match the icons u need to drag with the proper seats otherwise they wont show up.

Looks like I had it working correctly, just wont kick in until 10 hands for other players stats?

This thing is going to take some getting used to...
