Assuming and hoping Florida holds on.....this week will be one of the most controversial in the history of college football.
I really think that Florida is going to get the nod if they win

I'd have to agree with you....
I still think Michigan is easily #2, but a lot of times, it is who plays last that stays in voters' minds...
Arkansas is not that great of a team - way too 1 dimentional, but it is a big game and if FLA wins, they should be considered with Michigan (obviously)
While I'd rather see Michigan, the bright side is:

I'm a big Wisky fan - and even though they are 11-1, they have no chance.. very frustrating to be a Big 10 team and have 1 loss, and not have a chance...
But I am a Big 10 fan - so I'd like to see Michigan...
Regardless, the BIG 10 has to be very proud to have 3 of the top 7 teams in the country this year (according to BCS rankings)....
I wonder if that has been done before... I'm guessing it has...
But I'll tell ya - Florida better win by 20 or more, or they won't make it...Arkansas, being so one dimentional and looking the way they did last week, is not an impressive opponent to beat..

Florida should go to BCS NC if they beat Arkansas by 1pt or more. Sending Michigan to the BCS NC would be rewarding a LOSER.
But if your Trojans had beaten UCLA today, they would have deserved the nod? Their loss was to an ranked Oregon State team so using your own analogy, would they not be considered LOSERS as well?
Sadly, you will probably get your wish if Florida hangs on, only to watch the Trojans lose in the Rose Bowl again but of course this year it will be at the hands of a "LOSER" team like Michigan.
