sorta leaning towards the under....winds are crazy and 2nd half scoring usually slows down. also, oregon st ran back a kick which i dont see happening again for either team.

Boy I don't know... just last week they went crazy in the 2nd half of the Hawaii/Purdue game after a low scoring first half.
