I have been on this board longer than 80% of you and I have never seen so much bs about this who goes and who doesnt.... I really really wish MICH and FLA could play and then when Mich a(and the Big Ten) CRUSH the Gators (SEC) they would quiet down and know who is #2 pre Champ game.

Because if and I say if, Fla goes, I will personally take up to $3000.00 worth of wagers from Fla. backers on this board (if we can figure how to do this legally) when Big Ten rolls the SEC who was very good (till this year's top 3 in comparision to Big Ten top 3).

Many of you have known me for years and I have never been this emotional on this board about this but I too have gotten wrapped up in this bickering here.....

So, we will see what's up and go from there.

Are you one of those Michigan fans that claims the 97 title even though you KNOW Nebraska would have beaten the shit out of them? Right or wrong, I dont think who would win a Michigan-Florida matchup is determinative of who is No 2 in the system we have.


I dont know which team is better or who would win. Body of work and knowing Michigan already had a shot I say Florida should go. Neither one beats OSU so in a sense it is moot.

Maybe. But at least Mich gives the fans of both teams a game. And Mich can beat em. Ohio St won by 3, yeah, and a pass int. against Mich sure did help Ohio St on 3rd and long late.......

As an aside...although again perhaps it is not something that should be part of the decision...I have a real problem with the idea of Michigan getting the title if it won a rematch. I just dont see how that would be fair to OSU.

id be pissed if i was ohio state. they alread shellacked michigan. its incredibly hard to beat a team twice int he same season and its not fair for them to have to play them again when they already won

fla will go to the championship game and i do agree with u that they will lose but i don't think for a min. ohio st. blows em out.....probably a 24-17 ohio st. win
