Way 2 many fouls @ the end of the game. I've seen 25 points scored in 1 minute:scared

Thoughts?

its a peril, to be sure. Still, I find that the under is very attractive proposition early in the year.

Why? my feeling is that by padding schedules with patsies, many, many teams inflate their offensive numbers and this in turn inflates the number. When teams begin playing foes on their own level and early in conference play there is often tremendous value in playing the under. I always look to go this way first when evaluating possible total plays.

Sure you will get your share of tough losses with overtime and last minute foul fests, but as I said before , its a risk but every other wager has risks attached as well.

consider betting first half unders. no foul fest in the first half.

I only play CBB unders - unfortunately i played the 1 under that went over tonight! However as slickjim mentioned just take a good look for tonight, last week, the week before, about the number of unders that hit...especially on the days w/ a short card you see a high % of them hit...yes OT & fouls at end can do in an under, however that is not the norm...yes it can be frustrating and nail biting to sweat out a game under, but always lean to it...also take those points w/ the big dogs...i capped App state as a blowout tongiht...but citadel covered losing only by 4...Marshall sand 3 3 pointers w/in the last minute to lose by only 18...USC hung tough & lost by 10 - i don't like to lay more than 3 in NFL or basketball very often...side w/ the dogs & unders and you are on your way to grinding out a consistent profit...gl to you
