NFL Season Record:92-58-3

I have many strong leans for this week and might play more games than usual. Will make this my first wager of the week....

Over 35 Balt/KC (-122) Loss

The Ravens had put up at least 24 points 5 weeks in a row until last weeks game against Cincy. KC let a below average offensive team (Cleveland) put up 31 last week! Not too much history between these two. In their few meetings, both have moved the ball well against each other and put up plenty of points. Trent Green looks like he's back and LJ will find room to run even against the Ravens. Better not rule out the possibility of a defensive score out of Baltimore as well.

I like the over thinking in this game Mully because of the reasons you stated. I didnt like the over last week because everyone loved it and I hope it doesnt offend you when I dont like one of your plays. Some people are real touchy when I dont like your play but I always give a reason why. I didnt like Philly last week either and I was wrong although it came down to the wire. This over looks good though. Goodluck

Thursday Night

Thursday Night

Steelers -6.5 (-126) pinny Win
Under 35 (-116) pinny Win

Both Ward and Wilson out for Pitt, should mean a large dose of" Big Willie Style". Newbie QB for the Browns will get a rude awaking tonight. As bad as the Steelers have looked on defense in the early going, they are coming on strong down the stretch. Short week for both, and I expect a low scoring affair with the home team coming out on top. Pitt short on weapons and Clev with a mistake prone newbie, should equal a conservative game plan for both. First team to 17 wins.... my guess is that team will be Pitt.

Good Luck Everyone!

Above the Clouds....
Like the pick Mully, You know I take Cleve more than the average guy. The total has me puzzled though. The majority seems to be on the over but the total came down? Almost 70% on the over. Really not bad weather forcasted for these two teams??

Normally, I would have taken the over in this case. (ie Green bay vs Seattle, Green Bay vs Jets). However, both of those included the Packers.Their have been very few games thus far in the cold and snow. Cleveland is BAD, and with an un -experienced QB against an improved Pitt defense at home, I like both Pitt & the under quite a bit.

GL buddy! Hope you're smiling tonight...

Well, I lied. I took another teaser with Pitt to win and Under 41' (hoping to middle and win both)
I also took Pitt -7

If Cleveland wins, I'm going to have one awful night. Thats why I LOVE gambling. LOL............

Really glad to see you doing so well this season Mully. I feel really good about Steelers being up by 10 right now too. Lets have a 24-7 final. :)
That would be great!!!

Tampa Bay +3.5 (-116) Loss

Over 36 (-129) Loss

Good spot for the Bucs this week. Historically , Tampa has been dominant in this series and most have been high scoring affairs. The Falcon defense isn't even close to what it was during their first meeting. I look for Galloway to find plenty of running room in the Falcon secondary and the young qb to step it up as the coach has hinted at benching him.

Atlanta has been improving on the offensive side of the ball and goes up against Buc defense that has fallen off a bit. Should be a close high scoring affair.

I've been on the verge of playing Tampa myself. Just too many intangibles at this point, maybe I'll play it closer to game time. Depends on the spread.

Detroit pk (-115) Loss

I look for a rebound game at home for the Lions. No Chester Taylor for Minny while K. Jones returns for Detroit. The Viking secondary is very beatable and I suspect Roy Williams and co will find plenty of room to operate. Minny a little beat up after facing the Bears last week.

Houston pk (-114) Loss

One can only expect a let down this week for Tennessee. 3 straight impressive wins over the Eagles, Giants and Colts. Now they go on the road against an improved Texans team. Coming home party for Young and that will put more pressure on him. This play scares me a bit, as the Titans have really come together. A 4th straight win will make me a believer.

Hey Mully.... Unbelievable job so far... I like the picks today... The over on the Tampa game scares me because of our offense being so damn vanilla lately... I think Gradkowski is going to rebound well in front of the home fans today. I just hope the damn receivers can catch the damn ball... GL brother Am2kidz

Jacksonville +2 (-127) Win

These two always play close. The Jag's 1 2 punch in the backfield should roll all over a very very weak Indy run defense. Garrard has shown he can make the big play if needed and Jacksonville has the dominant defense on the field today. Look for them to control the time of possession and keep Peyton off the field. Think the Jag's get over today and finally beat the Colts.

Washington +2 (-111) Push

The Skins usually play well at home. Philly has looked good under Mr. Garcia, but think he comes back down to earth a bit today. I see a large does of Betts setting up some nice play action balls down field. Skins get this one outright.

Denver +9.5 (-132) pinny Loss

The young gun has a start under his belt and should improve off of last weeks outing. Shanny made a bold move and will be on the hot seat for the rest of the season. Denver's defense alone should be enough to keep this game within one score. BIG division game for the Broncos.
