Can anyone explain to me what the meaning (in beting values or bank %) of a GOLDEN, SILVER AND LEAN bets?

I usually check your tips willie but I don't know how to decide the value to put in my bets.

Another question, the result is including OT or only regular time?

leans are 1 unit

therefore if im playing a favorite and it is a
golden at (-200) i am laying 6 units to win 3

silver i lay 4 units to win 2

lean i lay 2 to win 1

if its an underdog @ (+150)

golden is 3 units to win 4.5

Silver is 2 units to win 3

leans are 1 to win 1.5

Youre extremely helpfull with your indications and tips. The main problem is that here in Europe (PORTUGAL), Ice Hockey don't have much fans. And its very dificult to have informations. For example NBA we have a couple of weekly TV programs.
