I would not invest in VT. GL

Sept 30th & Oct 12th, two consecutive games by Virginia Tech were beaten 38-27 by Georgia Tech and by Boston College 22-3 . The rest of their games, all wins, their defense gave up 0, 10, 0, 13, 6, 7, 10, 0, 6, and 0. I take the better defense giving up a small number

Not so fast, my friend.

I hope you win. But I'd be very careful here.

Good luck.

What is there to be careful about??

Without Ballard Navy will struggle, he was the key to that triple option. Their leader on the field.

BC is has a big front 7 that plays the run extremely well & they will be able to defend the run & Navy can not pass at all. They are done if they can put yards on the ground.

A very comparable D to BC was Rutgers & they shut out Navy w 34-0 with Ballard.

Navy D has played way over thier head this season & it is time for them to breakdown.

BC 34-7

Navy has the best rushing offense and the worst passing offense

BC is the 13th run D in the land & they played some strong strong running teams this year including Wake & Clemson.

BC is also the #1 teams in terms of turnover ratio.

Navy is outclassed here. They cant compete with top 25 teams. Rutgers & ND spanked them. BC will do the same. Easy double digit win.

Those scores allowed came aganst the following:

n'eastern
Duke
UNC
S miss
Kent St
Virginia
WF

Clemson was primed for a letdown when they faced VT, after whipping GT the week before @ home.

If VT would have played UGA schedule and vice-versa, then those gawdy defensive numbers might belong to the Dawgs. UGA D allowed over 24 only once. UGA only allows 264y/g. UGA DL presents huge problem for VT imo. Stafford is playing better, and the UGA OL protects him very well. I think this vaunted VT D will be run on well by UGA tomorrow night.

This UGA team is extremely talented, and I feel Richt will have them sky high on the heels of last season's embarassing bowl loss to WV.

Of course, I could easily be wrong. GL on your plays going forward:weed:
