the problem is, how many times has Mack Brown has been to BCS bowls in his tenure at Texas. Or the fact that Texas year in and year out has the very best talent in the USA. With his talent he should be there every year. People can make John Mackovic argument all they want, but it only takes two years max with texas talent to rebuild a program with that kind of base. The issue is even with Oklahoma being so dominant, Texas should lose 1 maybe 2 games a year, not the 3 and 4 other than Vince's year that they have had in the past.

My point is that Brown has done less with more than any other Coach in the country. 10 win seasons mean nothing if you are not consistently playing for National Titles.

You are either misinformed or just have an anti Texas agenda. Rivals recruiting rankings for Texas starting in 03 have been:

03 -16th
04- 10th
05- 20th
06- 5th

This is good not great. It's not like they have the #1 class coming in every year.

During that same time Texas has gone
03- 10-3 loss in Holiday Bowl
04- 11-1 win in Rose Bowl
05- 13-0 win in Rose Bowl
06- 10-3 win in Alamo Bowl

Mack Brown is doing a very good job.

Simply a biased hater, that will never be able to se the situation for what it really is.

No point wasting time on this guy.
