Any one know the status of Marquette's guard, McNeal?

MU's McNeal appears set to play
Although there was no sign of him on Al McGuire Court during the early warmup period, all signs point to sophomore guard Jerel McNeal playing for the Marquette Golden Eagles tonight against Syracuse.

McNeal missed 15th-ranked MU's (13-3, 0-1) game Thursday at Providence after a bumping heads with Wesley Matthews in practice.

It's unclear at this point whether McNeal will start.

McNeil starts and is already making a huge difference driving the lane...just two possessions in.
