I believe this one will go down to the wire so the 9 pts the Pats would get in this 2 teamer looks solid?my take on this game is this?The Patriots were truly lucky to still be alive after the Chargers all but gift wrapped one for them last week?however?the Pats did come through when they had to in the 4th quarter...this week the Pats face a Colts team that is playing great defense at this time mainly because S Bob Sanders is back in the lineup and the team is wrapping up it?s tackles?however?Peyton Manning looks gun-shy and is playing with an ?afraid to make a mistake? mentality on the field and Manning has thrown at least 1 INT in the last 6 games he has faced the Patriots?These two teams played earlier in the season with the Colts coming out on top 27-20?however?I feel this will be a lower scoring game with both teams running the football and attempting to play a mistake free game especially since both QB?s have turned the ball over in the Playoffs and have gotten away with it up to this point?plus the 2 games that these two teams have met in the Playoffs have both gone UNDER the Total with the Pats winning both games 20-3 in ?05 and 24-14 in ?04?Bottom Line?It wouldn?t surprise me at all if this one came down to the wire with former Pats kicker Adam Viniateiri sending his old team packing by nailing a game winning FG to get King Kong off Peyton?s back and finally exorcise the Patriot Demons that have haunted Manning for years...Indy by a nose at the wire!
