Like the Umass play, coming from a UNCC homer, I can usually tell you which type of games we have a chance in (Dayton), Umass, Xavier, and a few others we have no chance. Since seven footer Phil Jones was ruled ineligible we have two Juco fill ins taking the two inside spots.... alone. Our outside shooting could keep us close but poor FT shooting and inside play down the stretch will unfortunately take us out of another one. Umass big, looking forward to next year, sadly with an NBA prospect once again not taking this years team anywhere.
