I'm in the Keys, Miami is about 70 miles north of me. Gametime, early reports are when the weather may change.

this morning on local (miami) CBS...

"showers likely on Sunday"....."could be somewhat soggy for our Super Bowl"

So who do you guys think it favors if its a soggy field?

I am on the panhandle and I went to bed at midnight and it was @ 40 degrees. Woke up at six a.m. and it was in the high 70's. Front will most likely be through Miami by kickoff. I would expect a warm overcast atmosphere with plenty of hot south beach ladies in the air. Look for this to slow the game down a bit in that the air will be thick. Colts 23 Bears 20 :00hour

Its all speculation but I say it doesnt rain, or just a light sprinkle. "I think most of the heavy stuff has passed" 10-15mph winds.

Its not gonna be like Chicago two weeks ago and its not gonna be as pleasant as the RCA dome.

CBS (miami) weather was just on...high today in Miami was 86

Sat.....'spotty showers'....high 77

Sun..."showers around, cooler breeze'...high 72

The cold front is not expected to cause any severe weather in the Miami area

NBC Miami gave the same temps. Front arrives in the Miami area tomorrow, south of the Keys Sunday. 'On/Off showers, maybe a 1/4 inch. Big Issue, Wind'

NBC...for Sun...'chance of rain' if the front that passed stalls. 66 at kickoff.

I'm off to work, back early this eve. If the front blows on through, there may not be any rain

NBC, Miami...spotty showers this evening in the Miami area. Super Bowl Sunday..'Spotty Showers, High 74, 68 @ Kickoff, Pack a Poncho' 69 in Miami now, 6:20 pm, eastern.


CBS, Miami... 'cool and breezy, showers around' (Super Bowl Sunday)

My guess on 'breezy' is 10-15 mph winds, haven't seen a number though on 'breezy'. It has been very windy (30 mph winds) last 30 days.

ABC reporter at the stadium, light rain..."Rain, rain and more rain...light rain/slight drizzle and cloudy for Miami today..." 64 now, 74 the high today, light breeze
