Is WSEX accepting new US customers?

and can existing customers add to/ withdraw from their accounts?

My buddy made a withdrawl from there on Wednesday via FedEx check and got it on Thursday. Barring a bloodbath today, I'm gonna make a withdraw this week.

As for accepting new customers, I'm not sure as I've been a member since 98.

are you making a normal withdrawal or is it a sign of your skepticism that you should have any cash with them for fear of being frozen?

would you recommend them? (easy to deal with, etc., trustworthy)
