Mold

Any info would be greatly appreciated! My 3 1/2 year olds sitter who she is with 9-5 has mold in a corner of her crawl space. She says she had it sprayed/treated. Her and her husband have not cured the water problem that caused it, they have just treated the problem. I will not let my daughter go back. The sitter has two children of her own and says she would not let them stay there if it were a problem.
What to do? Does anyone know anything about this mold and if it has harmfull effects?

HUGE effects !! Have them have a home inspection by someone that is qualified in mold.

If they can produce a CERTIFIED copy from a COMPETENT inspector, that gives the house a clean bill of health, then and only then would I allow her/him to goback.

The mold makes you mildly sick, where you really don't know what is going on. Good Luck !!

My kid wouldn't be there until an inspection was done. Especially since the water problem is not fixed. No way that mold is gone.

Sprayed and treated? By a professional?
