12 top recruits but terrible chemistry. roy is playing too many players[12]. as you said they are light yrs ahead of duke but i am beginning to wonder about their heart. i will play them -8 vs duke but unless something changes they will not make final 4. what a waste of talent.

I haven't seen a lot of last 2 games, but I would bet that its a combination of things, not that all of them are excusable.
Young team and maybe some players are "hitting the wall" late in the season.
Overconfidence and laziness going hand in hand.
Like you say, playing so many players...lack of chemistry, etc.
Right now, I'd say they beat Duke and lose in ACC finals. Go onto elite 8 and lose a close one.

something happened at practice with lawson and he was almost suspended by roy for gt game. if i had to guess lawson was upset miller and frazier are getting so much pt. lawson should play 35 minutes per game not 20-25.
I like Miller and Frasor but I don't know if I could ever take Lawson out as a coach.

This team is similar to '91. UNC was about 10-11 deep that year. Made it to final 4 and Dean forgot he couldn't ask how many timeouts he had and dirty ref t'd him up.
